Our Commitment
AccessScope is committed to providing a website and online services that are accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.
We believe that everyone should be able to access information, purchase services, review reports, and contact our team without unnecessary barriers.
Accessibility Standard
We are working to conform the AccessScope website and customer-facing services to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Our Accessibility Efforts
Accessibility is considered throughout the design, development, testing, and maintenance of AccessScope. Our efforts may include:
- Using semantic HTML and properly structured headings;
- Supporting keyboard navigation;
- Providing visible keyboard focus indicators;
- Providing accessible names and labels for controls;
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast;
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images;
- Testing forms, validation messages, and interactive components;
- Testing with automated accessibility tools;
- Performing manual accessibility reviews; and
- Reviewing accessibility when features and content are updated.
Known Limitations
Although we work to maintain an accessible experience, some content or functionality may not yet fully conform to our accessibility goals. Technology, third-party services, and the AccessScope platform continue to evolve, and accessibility improvements are an ongoing effort.
When we identify an accessibility issue, we will evaluate it and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Third-Party Content
Some portions of the Services may rely on third-party technologies, services, or content that AccessScope does not fully control. We encourage third-party providers to offer accessible experiences, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of services operated by other organizations.
Need Assistance or Encountered a Barrier?
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the AccessScope website or Services, please submit an accessibility request through our Help Center.
When contacting us, please include:
- The page or feature where you encountered the issue;
- A brief description of the problem;
- The browser and assistive technology you were using, when applicable; and
- The best way for us to respond to you.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, functionality, or service through an accessible alternative and to address the underlying issue.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback helps us improve AccessScope. We welcome reports of barriers, suggestions for improvement, and questions about our accessibility efforts through our Help Center.
